Refund policy

VIRRELLI accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unworn condition, showing zero signs of wear, handling, scratches, or exposure to scents and chemicals.

• Original Presentation: All items must be returned with their complete original packaging and unboxing materials.

• Final Sale: Any custom orders, personalized pieces, or marked final-sale drops are ineligible for return.

• Complimentary Return Shipping: We cover return shipping on all eligible domestic orders. Instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

• Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received at our studio, it undergoes a strict quality inspection. If the piece shows any indication of wear, handling, or missing packaging, the return will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
