  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery charges and estimated transit times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Standard delivery times apply based on the carrier and destination.(Generally 1-4 days)

  • Expedited Options: Accelerated shipping tiers are available at checkout if you require faster delivery.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your package's progress in transit.

4. Shipping Delays & Liability

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Virrelli is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the postal carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
